Felicia Bechtoldt, from the Oregon Employment Department, Workforce and Economic Research Division, will discuss what modifications you can make to staffing patterns, change factors, and self-employment ratios to improve statewide and regional occupational projections. In her presentation, Felicia provides examples of several occupations, such as fishers, non-covered agricultural workers, legislators, real estate brokers and agents among others.
